NY Strips with Potatoes
1. Place the Grill Plate on the Power Smokeless Grill and preheat the grill to 390° F.
2. Lay out a large piece of foil and place the onion, potatoes, butter, rosemary, 2 tbsp. olive oil, ¼ tsp. salt, and ¼ tsp. black pepper on the foil.
3. Fold the foil and close it tightly around the ingredients.
4. Rub the steaks with 1 tbsp. olive oil, ½ tsp. salt, and ½ tsp. black pepper.
5. Place the foil-wrapped potatoes on one half of the grill and the steaks on the other half. Grill until the desired doneness is reached (grill the steaks for about 5 mins. per side).
6. When done, remove the steaks and let sit for 5 mins. before serving with the potatoes.
